Entangled matches

A poetic sound artwork about direction, rhythm, and connection

Entangled Matches is a participatory sound artwork where rhythm, space, and connection intertwine.
Using simple matchboxes, a swarm of sound moves around the audience –
sometimes whisper-soft, sometimes storm-like.

The title refers to quantum entanglement:
two particles remain connected, even across opposite sides of the universe.
This work seeks to evoke a similar sense of invisible connection –
between players and listeners, between sound and space, between people far apart.

Each performance is unique.
Sometimes in silence.
Sometimes in the middle of a public square.
Sometimes across the entire Earth –
with the internet as an invisible guide wave linking everything together.

A swarm.
A resonance.
A collective experience of sound and togetherness.
